Gambia is surrounded on three sides by Senegal, with the Atlantic Ocean being on the other side. It has a tropical climate with heavy seasonal rains. It produces groundnuts (peanuts) and palm kernels. This doll was hand made by a local craftsman. It is a male doll with a cloth over wire armature body.
